Banzai Poster

Red Bull and Sugar Bowl hired me to design this poster for big mountain race last month. The skier in the photo is Daron Rahlves, the shot was taken in early January above the area called Sugar Bowl at the resort.

Band Practice

My brother used to live in this amazing room in his house in Lawrence, Kansas - my hometown - and he had a little studio for band practice. If the band, formerly known as Sickbird, decides to release and album with any luck this photo will make it somewhere.

Backyard Photoshoot

So I was trying out some different lighting techniques with my buddy Zak Shelhammer and Matt (the dude in the photo) and trying to figure out how to create some different ways to make people look striking. I thought this one came out pretty well.

GoPro Hero Camera.

I got hooked up with this camera when I was in Las Vegas for the ski show and I've only had the chance to use it a couple times, but I am pretty blown away by the images that is makes. For a pretty simple camera that shoots both video and stills it is an amazing tool that is continuing to surprise me.

my brother got married in a place that i feel so fortunate to have set foot in I cannot describe the feeling. a rooftop apartment in the heart of the village in NYC : follow the street to the left is washington square park is on the left edge with a replica of the arc de triomphe shining bright.

the new adventures, well for the last year or so have included, shooting a few weddings. this image, though i didn't take it, happened on my camera when you try to pick up one of the 6 we were shooting with that day.
